The Department of MRIT at YBN University offers specialized education and training in the field of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology (MRIT). The main objective of this programme is to develop skilled radiology technologists who can assist doctors and radiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases through modern imaging techniques. The program provides both theoretical knowledge and practical training in medical imaging sciences. Students study subjects such as human anatomy, radiation physics, radiation protection, radiographic positioning, and patient care. They are also trained to operate various diagnostic imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography machines. Department of MRIT focuses on maintaining high standards of safety, quality control, and proper use of radiological equipment.
