About School Of Nursing
The School of Nursing, established in the year 2010, offers diploma, graduate programs in
nursing to meet the diverse needs of the healthcare sector. Qualified and experienced full-time
nursing faculty provides the right mix of inputs comprising of theoretical, practical and clinical
experience. The college has a network of healthcare centres and clinical affiliations with
community-based organizations and government agencies. All programs are recognized by both
Indian Nursing Council and Jharkhand Nurses Registration Council RIMS, Ranchi.
Nursing training programs have been formulated in consultation with experts adhering to
standards and guidelines. Hands-on-training is given to the students at the 100-beded multi super-
speciality hospital, as well as in allied urban and rural health care centres. Nursing students attend
OPD sessions in the hospital. Students visit different places under the community to connect and
provide primary health services. Student actively participates in health awareness programs.
Students regularly interact with faculty members to hone their technical
and managerial skills and are groomed as competent professional nursing personnel. Its eminence lies not just in the acedemic success
of its students but also in their all round personality and enhanced sense of maturity at a young age.The campus was set up with the
sole intention of taking upon itself the responsibility of crafting more intelligent and intellectual human beings. Widening their studies
as well as their code of conduct when interacting with fellow mates,the college takes the initiative of molding them into better citizens.
Students have been provided with an atmosphere that is conducive to access to study material in different forms such as books, e-books,
research articles, dissertation, thesis,journals,e-journals, magazines, newspapers and CDs at the computerized and internet connected library.
